Natalie was invited to present on the AAUW-funded project \u201cEmpowering Women in STEM\u201d at the board meeting for the American Association of University Women’s New York Chapter. She and other members of the executive board of GWiS Ithaca traveled to Albany on Saturday to discuss this project and their plans for future collaborations with AAUW, including a workshop that Natalie will be leading at the AAUW Convention in April 2017. Natalie says that connecting with fellow scientists and activists of many generations was incredibly inspiring, and she and the team are eager to continue this collaboration. \"img_3473\"<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
