Katie Wagner wins the Dobzhansky Prize! Warmest of congratulations to lab group alumna Dr. Katie Wagner for being recognized at the highest level by her community of scientific colleagues. The Theodosius Dobzhansky Prize is awarded annually by the Society for the Study of Evolution “to recognize the accomplishments and future promise of an outstanding young evolutionary biologist” — and anyone looking closely at the forthcoming SSE meeting program will see that Katie is this year’s outstanding early career scientist. All of us who know Katie and her work agree that she resoundingly merits this recognition! And sorry, Katie (at right), but this is the only photo of you that I could find…
