First lab meeting of the Fall Semester

Welcome back! At our first lab meeting of the semester Nick Mason presented a methods paper on Sequence Capture using PCR-generated Probes (SCPP – pronounced “skip”) by Penalba et al. This may provide an affordable method for phylogenetic studies making use of about 25-100 loci.
